Purchasing or donating online

We are able to accept payment through PayPal and on all Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards that are enabled for online payment. In addition, we can accept American Express payments in most major currencies.

Returns

We try our best to deliver an outstanding service to all our supporters and hope that you are happy with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied with a product purchased online, you may be able to return your purchase and claim a refund.

If you have changed your mind about a recording purchased through our website, or if there is a fault with the product you have received, you can return it to the following address:

Please return the item in its original condition, packaging it securely and including the original delivery docket with the item. We regret that we are not able to refund delivery costs unless the item in question is faulty or we have made an error in shipping.

We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of receiving the item.

Cancellation

If you change your mind about an order before you have received confirmation of its dispatch, you can cancel your order by email [email protected] or calling us on 0208 846 9744 during business hours.

Liability

You accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under laws applying to you.

Although we aim to verify the accuracy and truth of the information provided on our website, we cannot and do not confirm, the accuracy or the validity of the information provided.

Nothing in agreement shall limit or exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
